"I think your morning news was really educational and my friends would really like it too. My favourite thing was the name of the news P.U.B.E TV and the idea of it was really hilarious. I think you make it so funny which makes it better for kids or it would be so awkward. I really hope my friends get to watch Growing Up Game Plan. Thank you Saleema!"

What Schools Are Saying

"From my perspective, your ideas, and videos around gender expressions have been great because I feel your explanations are much clearer than I could've explained them. The glossary is very good because they can read out the definitions and when we have discussions, we can refer to them."
–GUGP Teacher
Meet Saleema Noon
The photo you see? That’s me in Grade 5—sporting a questionable Dorothy Hamill-mullet fusion haircut and a nervous smile. But behind that smile was a really tough year.
I had just changed schools. My name felt different, my skin was darker than my classmates’, and my body wasn’t changing like my friends’. I was bullied relentlessly by my so-called best friend and her squad.
My parents knew I was struggling and wanted to help—but they didn’t have the tools. And neither did I.
That experience shaped my entire career. I wanted to make sure kids today have the support, language, and skills I didn’t.

On that journey, I…
📚 Wrote the best-selling book Talk Sex Today for parents
📺 Was featured on TV, radio, and news outlets, including The New York Times
🏫 Taught thousands of kids & parents across Canada
🎥 Created Growing Up Game Plan: Home Edition, now used by over 1,000 families to help their preteens navigate growing up
But not every family has access—and I couldn’t stop thinking about what would happen if every student got these lessons. That’s why I created a classroom version just for teachers.
Because when kids feel seen, supported, and empowered, their entire world changes.
