What Kids Are Saying:

“It was fun, educational and I feel SMART!”

Thank you for sharing Body Science with me! I think you are funny. I liked how you talked about wanting to murder your sister with a fork when you had emotions when it was puberty! It was fun and educational and I feel smart.

What Parents Are Saying:

“What a great springboard for our daughter to bring up questions!”

We loved watching the videos with our daughter this weekend. What a great springboard for her to bring up questions and have healthy conversations with us. We also love the language you use to destigmatize words for body parts...

- Parent

“My son said how much fun it was…”

Fully impressed with the age appropriate approach Saleema uses to teach children of all ages about body safety and science. My son said how much fun it was and we had a nice in depth discussion about the subject matter. I was very surprised with how much information he retained.

If you’re thinking — "C'mon, Saleema, do my kids REALLY need to know about all this stuff so early??"

The short answer is YES. And here are three key reasons why:

1. Protection

Young kids are naturally curious about their bodies. Teaching them is easiest when they’re looking for answers.

2. Prevention

Kids who receive accurate sex ed delay sexual activity, make safer choices, and are at lower risk for abuse. It’s a fact!

3. Preparation

Teaching consent early helps kids build healthy, respectful relationships for life.

If you want to know exactly what to say when...

👀 Your kid asks how the sperm gets to the egg (truth time!)

🍿 They’re watching a family movie—with their hands down their pants (how do you talk about masturbation without shame?)

🩺 You catch them playing "doctor" on a playdate (...not the way you pictured)

🤯 They ask why people moan during sex (now
that’s a doozy!)

🔎 You check your browser history and find they’ve been watching porn (how do you even start that conversation?)

Then Body Science Online is the toolkit you need.

What Parents Are Saying:

“Parents, you’ll wish you did this YEARS ago.”

“Best investment."

“We’re already an open family, but this filled us with gratitude!”

Hi! I’m Saleema Noon — your new partner in helping your child to be informed, comfortable and empowered in their body.

If your experience was anything like mine, sex ed growing up was… a bit of a joke! I vividly remember:

🤔 Watching a grainy puberty filmstrip in Grade 5 (yep, that’s how old I am).

🤔 Pictures of “sanitary napkins” (took me years to realize they meant pads).

🤔 Tons of diagrams, big words and the deep voice of the narrator filling the gym as we watched with part horror and part fascination.

I remember there being so much mystery in the air — and, of course, lots of chatter on the playground at recess after.

Most of all, I remember having so many questions that never really got answered.

That’s probably why, years later, my ’90s hair and I signed up for a Human Sexuality course, earned a Master’s in Family Studies, and studied alongside legendary educator Meg Hickling.

This journey has led me to:

📚 Writing the best-selling book Talk Sex Today for parents
📺 Being featured on TV, radio, and news outlets, including The New York Times
🏫 Teaching thousands of kids & parents across Canada
🎥 Turning my in-person curriculum into Body Science Online, making sex ed accessible for all families

Let’s make sure your kids get the information and skills they need to grow up safe, healthy and confident!

What Parents Are Saying:

“The course was so well done and our son was glued from beginning to end!”

“I hope that one day all kids will have this education, life tools, and emotional armor.”

“My ten-year-old asked the other day if she could watch it all over again!”
